  • Deliver product training and lead the implementation of FortuneNext and FX Suite Hotel ERP solutions (On-Premise and Cloud) at client sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Project Planning and Requirement Gathering<\/h3>\n

    • Understand project requirements in alignment with the agreed deliverables.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare data pre-requisites and implementation plans based on the Software License & Services Agreement.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and SOPs across all implementation phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Pre-Implementation Activities<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Conduct site surveys and assessments as part of the pre-implementation process.<\/li>\n
      • Initiate project kick-offs and manage onboarding processes for clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Coordination and Communication<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Coordinate with internal teams and third parties for hardware\/software interface requirements and delivery timelines.<\/li>\n
        • Serve as the point of contact for implementation-related activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Incident Management<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Record, classify, and resolve any incidents arising during the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Reporting<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Provide regular daily and periodic status reports to both internal stakeholders and clients until project closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Documentation and Handover<\/h3>\n

              • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.<\/li>\n
              • Ensure complete handover post-implementation and closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
