  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain strong post-implementation relationships to drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  • Consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through proactive client engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Regional Operations & Resource Management<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Plan and execute monthly site visits for implementation, training, and review.<\/li>\n
    • Optimise resource allocation for support, rollouts, and training activities.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage escalations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Financial Performance & Collections<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Meet collection targets for new implementations within stipulated timelines.<\/li>\n
      • Drive renewals and collections for Annual License Renewals (ALR) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Technical & Analytical Expertise<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Use Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.<\/li>\n
        • Apply SQL for troubleshooting and database queries in coordination with technical teams.<\/li>\n
        • Working knowledge of Zoho Projects & Zoho Books preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Leadership & Team Development<\/h3>\n

          • Lead and mentor the regional professional services and support team to ensure high performance.<\/li>\n
          • Cultivate a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.<\/li>\n

            • Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality Management, Computer Science, IT, or related field.<\/li>\n
            • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in the hospitality sector (preferably hotel operations or ERP implementation).<\/li>\n
            • Language: To be fluent in south Indian languages<\/li>\n
            • Proven experience in managing regional teams and client-facing roles in hospitality technology.<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL is essential.<\/li>\n
            • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and familiarity with Zoho Projects and Zoho Books is highly desirable.<\/li>\n
            • Hospitality industry candidates are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
