Business Conduct Policy<\/span><\/h1>\n

The IDS Business Conduct Policy comprises the company’s ethical framework for our employees.<\/p>\n

We aim to keep our offices free of discrimination, sexual harassment, abuse and intimidation. Any form of offensive conduct based on an employee’s race, colour, national origin, religion, disability, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

All employees have a responsibility to ensure that their behaviour abide by this policy.
